Assalamualaikum!!
Hye! how are u my team? Firstly, i want to appreciate and thankful to Skali, especially for SEV team coz give me a chance to work together in ur team..it's start from SPIKE programme. Previously, i had working with FMG, the distributor SAMSUNG handphone. i was their IT Technician. And alwez travel to install the IPOS System for their retail. That was my first real job. Huhu..after my contract expired, about 1 year cam tu, i was out of working about 5 months. I was tried to send my resume, and attend the interview. But, there was no rezeki for me.
On 3rd March 2007, my eldest bro was told me that i have good opportunities while SPIKE programme was publish in newspaper about their mission. And i try to apply. Then, they invite me to come for the interview and competency test. Fortunately, my result was cukup2 makan jer. And the interviewer in that time was our CEO, En Fakharuddin. He was serious..And he also hope myself to join this programme.
When i was joining the training class at Boston Web, i'd learned a lot knowledges and experiences especially in LINUX. (but i dont remember dah skarang ni sebab x praktik) Haha! But the important things, i can perform in the training even my educational background is not higher then the others..Cewah!!
After i've cleared my training period, i was grad..haha! My pictures was published in The Star tu..Padahal i'm not the best student pun..juz cukupkan korum..Haha!
While i'm in perak, the Launching Cyber Centre @ Meru Raya last year, i met En Fakha. And then, he came to me and offered to me to join SEV as a recruitment. I'm so happy because i like to do recruiment..Eawah!! Til now, i was 3 months in SEV doing the recruitment. And juz now, i'm must work hard to get our goals and KPI.. :-)

zaaim, bad and to the rest of the team... let me tell you a little secret (which i think you all know already...). in SKALI or in most organisation, it is always the ATTITUDE that's most important. if you have the RIGHT attitude, then regardless where you are, you will succeed. to me, technical skills carries only about 30% of my evaluation on you guys, it is the TEAMWORK spirit, willingness to SACRIFICE for the team, SHARING and continuous LEARNING culture that scores a higher mark. of course having the right 'chemistry' with me and Aida is essential as well....
as for Bad, your 'nasib' akan ditentukan oleh Shamsul and Aida...i am also eager to hear their evaluation on you.
You remember me about your picture in the star.so popular bro..HA²HA².actually i learn more about team work in SEV.Thanks SEV to give me 2nd change.
Bro, honestly I have to admit that I had an unfair notion on you when I first met you in Bostonweb. I might be influenced by movies that "hairless" people are normally cruel, undisciplined, and rude and so on. Ehehehe!
But working with you in SEV since a month ago shows the vice versa.
I am quiet surprised seeing that you are devoted to your work and giving the best effort to accomplish your tasks. Keep the good work, bro.
hi bro, same like you, I feel so lucky to work with SKALI, specially working with you guys in SEV.
I admire your patient and the rest of SMC's team while doing promotion because everybody knows that it is not easy job. However, I think you have done a good job so far, and I beleive you will achieve your KPI.

I still remember the MSC Launch @ Perak where you fixed the table skirting till it was perfect. Then I realized that despite the bald head this dude has a soft heart. :P
